•   Understanding the future business requirements and growth forecast

•   Understanding the roles and functions of the individuals using the space

•   Understanding the mind set of visitors to the space and looking to positively influence this.

•   Understanding the under efficiencies in the space and re-organising areas to suit.

We believe our design response takes into account all the items mentioned in the Employers Requirements and re-evaluates the way the space is currently used with minimum disruption to staff and maximum improvement and  impression.
